Joan D Mason

Joan Mason has practiced law in Crawford County, Pennsylvania since 1975. She graduated from The University of North Carolina School of Law in 1974. She is also a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, with a degree in Psychology.

Our Law firm serves people of Crawford County who have family law issues, primarily divorce, separation, child custody, and protection from abuse cases. We have been in practice continuously since 1975.

We believe it is important for clients to be represented by a local attorney, who is familiar with how our court deals with these cases, both at the mediation and trial levels. The members of our bar association often resolve matters by agreement, which can become an order of the court by negotiated consent orders.

However, if litigation is required, we offer firm, assertive preparation and presentation of your case, in an efficient manner.
